Hello,
A client of mine asked me to research some online stores. The client manages about 20 stores and are not satisfied with the ecommerce solution.
One feature that seems pretty easy to implement but I dont see it advertised often would be the Management Order Approval System, meaning when the order goes through, it goes through to a certain manager within a company for approval prior to order submission.
Any plans to implement such a feature. (MOAS)? |

| Such feature is easy to implement. XSE ecommerce solution has web admin interface to manage and review orders with option to change order status. We can add additional status type as "Approved". When new order is placed it has order status "New". Customized order confirmation can be sent to management. When management reviews order they may click on "Approve" link to release order for further processing or click "Decline" to cancel order. Another better option to display list of new orders ready for review. Management checks each order and if its good release or cancel each order. |

| I think that is close, but the manager who approves the order would not have access to the Admin panel of the store. Instead when the order is sent out and if it is of a type that requires Manager approval, an email would go out to the specified manager. Once the manager replies to the email, the system would then get updated to 'Approved'. This feature along with the ability to export to a Quickbooks Accounting package would be ideal, (just a CSV export would be fine). |

| Requested features could be added in 2 weeks if your customer will decide to switch to XSE ecommerce software. |
